  • tasks and follow-ups;
  • payment collections;
  • operational registers;
  • team responsibilities;
  • reminders and notifications;
  • business communications;
  • reports and audit records.

Mooi is designed to work alongside existing accounting or ERP systems. It does not replace accounting, tax, legal, banking, or professional-advisory software.

Features may differ depending on the organisation’s plan, configuration, permissions, and enabled modules.

2. Eligibility

Mooi is intended for business and organisational use by individuals who are at least 18 years old.

You must not use the service if:

  • you are under 18;
  • you are not authorised by the relevant organisation;
  • your use would violate applicable law;
  • your account has been suspended or terminated.

Accounts are generally created through an approved invitation or onboarding process. Public self-registration may not be available.

3. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for:

  • protecting your password and authentication credentials;
  • using your own account;
  • preventing unauthorised access;
  • informing us or your organisation administrator promptly if an account may be compromised;
  • all activities performed through your account, except where caused by a failure for which we are legally responsible.

You must not share accounts or attempt to access another user’s account.

Organisation administrators may manage membership, permissions, roles, and access within their organisation’s workspace.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Mooi only for lawful business purposes.

You must not:

  • use the service for fraud, harassment, abuse, or unlawful activity;
  • upload content that infringes another person’s rights;
  • upload malicious software or harmful files;
  • attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, rate limits, or security controls;
  • probe, scan, or test the service for vulnerabilities without written authorisation;
  • access another organisation’s information;
  • reverse engineer or copy the service except where the law expressly permits it;
  • interfere with the availability or operation of the service;
  • use automated tools that create unreasonable load;
  • use the service to send unlawful, unsolicited, or misleading communications;
  • misuse WhatsApp, email, or other integrated communication features.

We may restrict or suspend activity that creates a security, legal, operational, or abuse risk.

5. Organisation Data and User Content

You or your organisation retain ownership of information submitted to Mooi.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the service;
  • maintain security and reliability;
  • process authorised communications;
  • create backups;
  • provide support;
  • comply with lawful obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • you are authorised to submit the information;
  • your organisation has a lawful basis to process personal data entered into the service;
  • uploaded information is accurate where accuracy is required;
  • content does not violate law or third-party rights.

We do not acquire ownership of your organisation’s business records merely because they are stored in Mooi.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Mooi Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains:

  • information we collect;
  • how it is used;
  • security and retention practices;
  • service-provider processing;
  • privacy requests and grievance contacts.

When an organisation uses Mooi, some requests concerning workspace data may need to be handled by or coordinated with that organisation’s authorised administrator.

7. Third-Party Services

Mooi may use or connect with third-party services, including:

  • cloud infrastructure;
  • database and storage providers;
  • email delivery services;
  • WhatsApp or Meta services;
  • anti-abuse and security services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, availability, limitations, and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control. We may change or discontinue an integration when necessary for security, legal compliance, provider compatibility, or service reliability.

8. Fees and Commercial Terms

Pricing may depend on:

  • team size;
  • enabled modules;
  • usage limits;
  • communication volume;
  • support or configuration requirements.

Any applicable fees, payment terms, taxes, plan limits, renewal terms, and commercial commitments will be stated in an approved proposal, order form, subscription document, or invoice.

Where a separate commercial document conflicts with these Terms, that document will govern the specific commercial matter it addresses.

Submitting a demo request does not create a paid subscription or require you to purchase the service.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We use reasonable efforts to keep Mooi available and reliable.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;
  • security updates;
  • infrastructure or provider failures;
  • network problems;
  • emergency work;
  • events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features. Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly affect active customers.

Unless expressly agreed in a separate written service-level agreement, no particular uptime or response time is guaranteed.

10. Notifications and Communications

Mooi may send service-related communications through email, WhatsApp, or other enabled channels.

These may include:

  • account and security notices;
  • invitations;
  • task or collection reminders;
  • operational notifications;
  • demo-request follow-up;
  • support responses.

Delivery may depend on third-party providers, network availability, valid destination information, and recipient settings.

You must not use communication features for spam, unlawful marketing, harassment, or communications for which you lack appropriate authority.

11. Intellectual Property

Mooi and its related software, design, branding, documentation, and original content are owned by or licensed to Aapehx Cosmo-Tech Pvt Ltd.

Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no intellectual-property right is transferred to you.

You must not use the Mooi name, logo, screenshots, or branding publicly without approval, except where permitted by law.

Feedback and suggestions may be used to improve the service without creating an obligation to implement or compensate for them.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary because of:

  • a security incident;
  • suspected unauthorised access;
  • unlawful or abusive use;
  • breach of these Terms;
  • non-payment where fees apply;
  • risk to another customer or the service;
  • a legal or regulatory requirement.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

An organisation may request termination according to its applicable commercial agreement.

Termination does not automatically remove information that must be retained temporarily for security, backup, dispute-resolution, or legal reasons. Data handling after termination is also governed by the Privacy Policy and any applicable commercial agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted, courts located in Pune, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the service.

The updated version will display a revised “Last updated” date.

For material changes affecting active customers, we may provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance where appropriate.
